Today we join practitioners and animal lovers around the world in honouring World Animal Reiki Day. This special day is dedicated to raising awareness of the gentle, supportive nature of Reiki for animals and recognising animals as powerful spiritual teachers in our lives.

From beloved pets to animals in shelters, sanctuaries and the wild, Reiki offers a calm, respectful way to support wellbeing, connection and trust. On this day, we celebrate all those who share Reiki with animals - and the wisdom, presence and unconditional love animals share with us in return.

With gratitude for all animals and those who care for them 💚

Happy Sunday everyone 🥰 a day to reset for the week ahead,which if you had a week like I had it is very much needed 😅

I took this photo yesterday when exploring a new walk near Huntly and it was taken at a moment of complete calm and contentment. The woods are the next best thing to the beach for me and we had a lovely afternoon 😍

Hello 😊 it's been a little while since I've posted on here. Life just got busy over the summer and it's been a constant juggle of work life balance. I've had extra shifts at the Vets, my grooming diary has been busy as ever, family time was needed and sadly my Reiki offering has had to take a back seat for a few weeks.

I became frustrated,trying to please everyone but then came acceptance of the situation and I just decided to go with the flow 🙏 It's been busy,chaotic and wonderful 😊

So, looking forward I'm planning to get started on my Animal Reiki case studies soon, get back to the salon to offer Reiki to some beautiful souls and try to get a little bit of control over life again....well I'm going to try 😅

On that note, these are the last dates and times available for August 💞

What a blissful afternoon celebrating with it was lovely to meet your friends and clients 🥰 A whole year of fabulous facials in our village and wishing you many more years to come 💗 Honestly if you have never been to have a facial with Kaye....book yourself in 🙏
We also offer a joint Facial & Reiki party for you and a couple of friends in your own home....how cool is that ☺️ I'm so glad our paths crossed 🫶

Some beautiful items purchased today at the Alford Heritage Museum craft fayre 🥰 Birthday bow tie for Cookie 🩵 who got so much attention from everyone there, Betty stayed home but she got a bow tie too from Mopp's Mum Makes 🩷
Then a selection of my talented daughters earrings Wee Bonnie Wonkies, a gorgeous candle from Ashanya Candlecraft which smells amazing 😍 and a fab Buddha melt holder and lovely melts from Sensational Bubbles which you will see next time you come for your session 🙏

I pulled these cards for my hubby this morning 🩵 it was his last day of work today and retirement starts from tomorrow....well until he gets bored and finds something maybe part time 😅

I really needed this walk tonight after a busy day and I'm glad I resisted the urge to just collapse on the sofa 😅 😴
I love the woods near our house, there are so many paths to take and if you're lucky you can spot red squirrels, deer and birds galore.....unless you are walking my two of course in which case you'll be lucky to see anything 🙄😂 but they needed this walk too and I've not seen them all day 🥰

It's been a whole week since I left home to drive down to Dollar for the weekend. I absolutely loved my two days in the Sun ☀️ surrounded by the most beautiful, magical Mustangs 🦄 learning how to connect and share Reiki with them and other animals too 🐕🐈🐇🦙
I will be in touch with those of you that have already offered their furry friends as case studies 🥰 Thank you 🫶

Back to my regular Reiki though and I am at the salon this Sunday with a couple of spaces still available 😊
