A lot of client enquiries at the moment about suffering with Anxiety, depression, panic attacks, struggling to cope and responding by shuting themselves away, or finding an unhealthy release, panic attacks, not feeling whole, and they feel that this stems from childhood trauma.

Childhood trauma
*Can have significant impact on adult life, leading to increased risks for chronic physical illnesses, mental health issues like depression and anxiety, and challenges in forming healthy relationships.
*May struggle to process what they experienced, leading to persistent emotional and physical symptoms.
*Can make social situations more stressful, leading to difficulty trusting new people and a heightened sense of perceived threat.
* it can impact everyday tasks.

During hypnotherapy we can work together to find the root cause, find the ISE. Reflect, resolve and heal the child within, helping the adult you to find a new perspective, find coping strategies, become more resilient and confident.

* It has an ethical basis and fosters a therapeutic relationship between client and therapists.
* It aligns with you, the client's own goals and is tailored to your individual needs and goals, you make the decisions, its your choice.
* It occurs when the timing is appropriate for the client, when your ready to make changes, ready for a new perspective. Ready for guidence and take on helpfull strategies and refocus.
*It facilitates positive changes in the client, positive changes in your life. A new perspective a new you.

Hypnotherapy can help to resolve and boost confidence to travel without the crippling fear and anxiety or the build up to travel.

Common roots of travel anxiety or fear can be:

* A Learned reaction, maybe you grew up with someone with a fear or with travel anxiety. Or maybe going to unknown places.
*Maybe a uncomfortable experience of turbulence or unexpected changes.
*psychological association with travel sickness or the feeling / emotions linked with anxiety.
* Fear of not being in controll, handing it over to someone you don't know, the pilot, train driver or captain of a ship.
* The fear of something bad may happen, and you build the senerio up in you head.
*Ancestral roots, fear of travel to the unknown or into danger, self preservation.
