Grief is real and everyones journey is different. 15 years ago today i lost my Dad i still miss him and it still hurts and thats ok. It's one of the reasons I do what I do, to help people cope, heal and move forward in a different way, weather thats grief or something else.
Hypnotherapy can help with grief by helping with emotional processing, reducing pain, and fostering acceptance of loss in a supported, caring and personal way. It can help individuals process complex feelings, release trauma, and find comfort in positive memories without the burden of guilt or anger. It helps to find emotional balance and resilience to cope with daily life, with those special times, with those memories.
It's ok to miss a loved one, its ok to think of them regularly, to talk about happy memories and laugh.
