Yin yoga is a slower paced yoga practice to help promote mindfulness.

By holding various floor poses for 3–5 minutes, working on deep connective tissues and encouraging stillness.
Also by focusing on breath and observing physical sensations or thoughts without judgment, to develop present-moment awareness.
This helps to reduce stress, and improve emotional regulation. As well as supporting physical health
