These practises can help release deep routed trauma, stress, limiting beliefs and help break unhelpful addictive patterns also help us deal with the struggles through every day life by managing the mind and feeling awakened and free, let the healing begin.

Burpee Challenge – Day 10 🔥

10 reps today… and it’s not just about burpees.

What I’m really training:

🧠Mental Fitness – Discipline. Showing up even when I don’t feel like it.
⚖️Emotional Fitness – Building resilience. Proving to myself I can push through.
🦾Physical Fitness – Strength, stamina, heart health, full-body power.
🔥Nutrition / Energy – Fueling my body so I can perform, recover, and stay consistent.

Nervous system work:
Teaching my body to handle stress, recover faster, and stay steady under pressure.

Story shift:
“I can’t” → “I’m getting stronger every day.”

Morning Routine Day 10 burpee challenge

Magic of coincidence comes from the energy we bring to the world 🌍

Started my morning with Breath of Joy outside 🌬️
Instantly felt my energy lift and released what I didn’t need.

Went for my run 🏃‍♀️
Felt drawn to the water and took an unexpected dip 🌊

And then something really special happened…

Out of all the places, at that exact space and time, I bumped into Michael.
We were both there doing our own personal challenges 💪

I was on my 100 burpees a day.
He was on his own challenge.
And we ended up encouraging each other through it.

It reminded me how powerful our energy is ✨
When you move with purpose, dedication and discipline, you magnetise people on the same wavelength.

This morning I put out commitment and focus…
And got back a teammate 🤝

Thank you for the support and the shared moment 🙏

You never know who you’ll meet when you simply show up for yoursel

Remember how far you’ve come ✨

Every chapter… every episode… every hard moment has led you to this shift, this awakening 🌅

There comes a point where something changes inside you and you know you’ll never go to the old self even alough you live and accept her.
Because the hardest times open the doors to the biggest breakthroughs 💫

Maybe you had to go through those moments to discover your purpose 🤍

If someone you love is in a dark place, remember , you can only do so much.
They have to be ready to see the light for themselves 🕯️
