Pregnancy is full-on. Mentally, physically, emotionally. You’re growing a whole human — it’s a lot.
These sessions are your weekly reset.
You’ll learn how to properly relax, manage stress, and feel more in control of your birth experience.
Each class includes:
– A short chat on a different birth-related topic
– Practical techniques to help you feel calm and confident
– A long guided relaxation (most people nearly fall asleep)
– Time to connect with other local mums-to-be
– And space to just breathe
You’ll also get a birth prep gift bag, a set of affirmation cards, a Hypnobirthing Audio, and access to a WhatsApp group for support between sessions.
Next block starts Friday 11th July, 6.30–7.45pm at Bab’yama Wellness Hub, Berwick-upon-Tweed.
