Since running our Masterclass on Nutrition and Strength Training, with a particular focus on Peri/Menopause with at yesterday I've been reflecting on just how much I love what I do🙌.
When you're passionate about what you do, getting up for work every day is no hardship, especially when you're part of such an awesome team, where every single coach has the same passion and drive 😍.
My journey so far has been an exciting one, from Nursing, to becoming a PT.
To Competing in Bodybuilding competitions including the World Championships where I placed 8th and winning many other titles including Miss Scotland🏆.
To Gaining a 1st Class Degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and a Masters Degree in Nutritional Science.
To then going on to coaching so many fabulous Clients including a few high profile ones😊.
To delivering Nutrition talks to big Organisations like AXA Global Health care and local ones which I love the most😀.
I've been on Radio Newcastle twice, written articles for Living North Magazine and helped hundreds of people so far😍.
Doing what I do is a privilege helping to enrich people's lives, giving them the gift of Health and Fitness ❤️🏋️♀️.
I have big plans at Urban Fitness, undoubtedly the best place to be for achieving your Health and Fitness Goals💪🏼🥳. We have an abundance of knowledge and experience between us, and are able to offer help and guidance to all ages and abilities.
Everything is achievable under our guidance 🙌.
