Awakening: Yoga Reiki Ayurveda A warm welcome to Awakening: Yoga Reiki & Ayurveda. I offer a number of Yoga classes to suit everyone's stage in life & abilities.

I teach Reiki of all levels & offer treatments & Reiki shares. I deliver a number of workshops on Ayurveda & Women's Health. All Yoga classes at Awakening are small and offer a greater sense of personal teaching. The studio itself is warm and inviting, with underfloor heating and soft lighting.

If you feel drawn to working with Reiki and would like to learn the systems healing techniques, I welcome you to join me at the Awakening Studio.

Reiki is a simple Japanese healing technique, its energy is believed to awaken the body's natural healing processes, bringing about balance and wellbeing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
