Sometimes, adverse situations will make certain goals unattainable.

Rather than focus on what is no longer possible, take a philosophical attitude, accept that some circumstances cannot be chand divert your energies into new or different goals.

Dwelling on that which is beyond our power not only causes stress, but is also wasted energy

Use mantras
A mantra is a positive phrase that you repeat to yourself, confirming your positive thoughts and affirmations, such as 'I am' or 'I will' instead of 'U can't'.
Mantras can be thought or said out loud.
Many people believe that actually saying your mantra out loud makes it more effective, as vocalising something gives it more substance.
You can also write down your chosen mantra and put it somewhere you are likely to see it, such as the kitchen wall or bathroom mirror.
Regularly repeating your chosen mantra will help you reaffirm your faith in yourself and your abilities
