Are you over 40 and want to feel fitter or lose a bit of weight?
Don't want to go to the gym, but need somewhere to work out?
I would love to work with you. I am an older trainer who has been on my own fitness and weight loss journey so understand how you feel. I have my own private space to workout which has equipment suitable for heavier users. You can work with me on a 1-1 basis with your own personalised plan and daily activity programme.
I also love to work with over 60's in care homes providing chair based exercise to music.
And for those who want a more energetic exercise programme you can join my Boogie Bounce classes in Chesham, Luton, Hazlemere, Hemel Hempstead and Tring.
