Anxiety can hit out of nowhere—racing thoughts, a pounding heart, that sense of being completely out of control. When that happens, the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique can bring you back to the present moment. 🧘‍♂️

Here’s how it works:
👀 5 things you can see (Look around—what catches your eye?)
🖐 4 things you can touch (Feel the texture of your clothes, a chair, or your phone.)
👂 3 things you can hear (Tune into background sounds, your breath, or music.)
👃 2 things you can smell (Breathe in a candle, coffee, or fresh air.)
👅 1 thing you can taste (Sip water, chew gum, or notice the taste in your mouth.)

This technique anchors you in the now—perfect for moments of stress, anxiety, or feeling disconnected. Save this for later and try it next time you need a reset. 💚
