This was ๐ฌ๐จ ๐ญ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฒ that I forgot to take a photo until I was halfway through!
It took ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ง ๐ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ฌ to make and has a whopping ๐๐๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐๐ข๐ง.
Protein: 35g Fibre: 4.5g Fat: 27g Calories: 456kcal
Recipe:
2 Dr Kargs Protein Thins crispbread
40g cream cheese
100g sliced cooked chicken
100g sliced cucumber
Method:
1. Spread the cream cheese on the crispbread
2. Layer on the chicken and then cucumber slices
3. Eat before anyone else tries to!
I served mine with a fresh green juice this morning, but why not try adding some cherry tomatoes or a bit of rocket for some extra fibre and vitamins?
