As a health coach, I take a holistic, personalised approach to your wellbeing.

By looking at how sleep, stress, movement, gut health, nutrition, hormones, mindset, and daily routines all affect your health — rather than focusing on one or two areas in isolation — I help you get great results and feel your best. Because you can have the best diet in the world, but if you're stressed and not sleeping well, it's really hard to reach your full health potential.

I’ll work with you to make small, realistic lifestyle and nutrition changes that fit into your life, and support you over time to turn them into habits that last — so you can thrive, not just survive.

10 years of being a Mum.❤️

It’s true what they say, these years fly by. Much too fast for my liking.

It doesn’t seem possible that it was 10 years ago today that I first held you in my arms – smaller than the length of my fingertips to my elbow. You flooded us with a love I didn’t know was possible. And created a drive in us to do our absolute best for you, and give you the best, most loving life we can.

But then life before you feels like a lifetime ago. I loved my life before you, but I love it a thousand times more with you and your brother in it.

I’ve always wanted to be a mum. It’s the thing I’ve wanted most in my life. I imagined all the fun we’d have together, the bond we’d form, and the things I’d teach you.

But nobody told me that my children would be the ones doing most of the teaching.

That becoming a mum would be the biggest learning curve I’d ever face. Bring the most joyful times, and the hardest times.

You’ve shown me what truly matters in life. You’ve challenged me, exhausted me, loved me. You’ve made me laugh, made me cry, and filled me with pride. You've helped me grow and learn more about myself in the last decade than I did in the previous three.

This parenting gig is a wild ride. One I am ever grateful to be on. And I couldn’t wish for anyone else to do it with than our little family.

Thank you for choosing me to be your mum. I count my lucky stars every day. Watching you and your brother grow into two wonderful people fills my heart (and makes all the sleepless nights worth it!).

Here’s to the next decade. May it be filled with love, fun, adventure, learning, and thriving.⭐

Thriving doesn’t start with a huge overhaul.

It starts with one small habit.
One supportive shift.
One choice that says: “I matter too.”

⭐Morning light.
⭐Drinking a glass of water before your first coffee.
⭐5 minutes of breathing exercise.
⭐Eating something with protein for breakfast.
⭐Saying "no" to something that is draining you.
⭐A short walk outside.
⭐Dancing to a song.
⭐Putting down your phone 30 minutes before bedtime.

The secret isn’t doing more. It’s doing one small thing again and again.

It creates a ripple.
Your energy shifts.
Other good habits start to fall into place.
Real, lasting change happens.
