Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership is a collection of NHS, local authority, voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise organisations from across the nine local authority areas that make up Cheshire and Merseyside.

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside is coordinating a seven day, system-wide Super MaDE (multi-agency discharge event) from today, timed to help improve patient flow and discharge across the system, ahead of the busy bank holiday weekend on 24 August.

Colleagues from across Cheshire and Merseyside will be working together to support improved patient flow across the system, recognise and unblock delays, and challenge, improve and simplify complex discharge processes.
