THANKYOU to our members and supporters who came along and joined us for a drinky and supported the wonderful a charity supporting children’s and teenagers mental health locally!! A charity close to our hearts.

We raised over £100 in just 2 short hours between us and mostly importantly raised awareness for chums and had a giggle!

We want to wish all of our lovely members and everyone a lovely Christmas and new year! We can’t wait for what 2026 has to hold as a business for us and what health and wellness goals we can help you to achieve! 🎄⚡️🤸‍♂️🙏🎉

Side note, you do NOT need any equipment other than the EMS device to achieve a full body workout, in fact, we recommend it. For you seasoned athletes, you are welcome to use light weights only ;)

I may have mentioned it a few times... but just a reminder of our Christmas Charity evening on December 11th from 6-8 PM at our Milton Keynes Studio! Join us for a festive celebration to raise funds for the wonderful CHUMS charity

Here’s what you can look forward to, all for a small donation:

-**Baking and Cooking**: Bring your delicious creations to share! A prize will be awarded to the winner.

**Raffle**: Participate in our raffle for a chance to win amazing prizes, including:
- Voucher for two at a McMullens restaurant
- 30-minute massage voucher
- £60 voucher for a one-hour healing session with 'CALM THE CHAOS' Holistic Therapy
