We are at Sheringham Library today until 4pm. Come and meet one of our tutors, share your thoughts on what workshops would be helpful in the town for yourself or someone you know, and ask any questions you have about our service. We will be at the Norwich Forum tomorrow for the NSFT Annual General Meeting. We invite you to come along to find out more about the Recovery College and what we offer.
We will also be launching our 'Winter Connections Challenge' in the run up to Christmas, encouraging people to connect with each other, free postcards will be available to collect from our stall.
We are at The Forum, Norwich, today for Carers Information Day! The Trust Governors are also here to talk to carers about standing as a governor in the October elections.
Our courses are designed for carers, professionals and people who may need support with their mental health.
This is a great opportunity to look at what we have to offer, and get booked onto courses today.

The Recovery College was set up to empower people with mental health problems to become experts in their own recovery. It provides a range of courses and workshops to service users, carers and members of staff to develop their skills, understand mental health, identify goals and support their access to opportunities.
What is Recovery?
β’ Recovery is learning to live a meaningful life beyond illness, either with or without ongoing symptoms
β’ Recovery is a journey of personal development and discovery which focuses on your wellbeing
What is the Recovery College?
β’ The Recovery College was set up by the Trust in 2013 to empower people with lived experience of mental health challenges to become experts in their own recovery β’ It was developed jointly in a process of co-production by NSFT staff and people with this lived experience
β’ It provides courses to help people build an understanding of themselves β’ It provides opportunities for people to learn, grow and plan for the future
β’ The courses are co-developed and co-delivered by people with lived experience and learned experience of mental health challenges
