This is a great breath to use for yourself and also with children/teens "in the moment", when feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious or worried. e.g. "I can't do it" when home-schooling.
I recommend doing the below breathwork for a minimum of 3 breaths. If you can build up to doing 10 slow breaths in this way, you will really feel the benefit.
