It's been a while since I posted on here. Life has been a bit bonkers with first the festive season and now we have 4 day old pups 😍🐾
I am getting back into the swing of things.
In case you missed it, my Women's Empowerment Retreat in October 2023 is being held at the beautiful St Nectans Glen in Cornwall.
St Cleder (cottage) is now sold out
I have decided to extend the number of guests and open up the second cottage (sleeps 9) called The Retreat.
All rooms are on a sharing basis of twin, three or four. Please let me know if you would prefer sole occupancy and we can discuss it.
You can of course come with a friend and share 😊
All workshops, and meals are included.

Over the last few weeks, I have received a lot of helpful feedback that has led me to make some changes, the biggest being the location and price 😁

The retreat is lower in price and is now going to be held at St. Nectan’s Glen in Cornwall, from the 27th - 29th October 2023.
