Weight gain during menopause is really common.
We put on weight and struggle to shift it. 😠
There are several reasons for this..
Firstly, many women become insulin-resistant during menopause which turns us into fat-storing machines!
Depressing, but true - but fear not -

Secondly, our metabolism naturally slows down as we age, but weight training can help boost it. 🏋️♀️
Thirdly, we eat like we did in our 20s and 30s and we need to tweak our diets. 👍
