You’ve probably been told weight loss is all about what you can see… but that’s only half the story.

When you start eating in a ketogenic way, your body works from the inside out. It begins by tapping into visceral fat — the kind stored around your organs — helping to reduce inflammation so you actually feel lighter, clearer, and more energised first.

Part of this comes down to ketones — especially beta-hydroxybutyrate — which your body produces in ketosis and which can help reduce inflammation and support overall metabolic health.

Then comes the visible shift. As your body continues, it starts releasing subcutaneous fat — the fat around your hips, thighs, arms — the areas most people want to change.

It’s not just about looking different. It’s about your body doing what it’s designed to do: repair, rebalance, and restore.

Think of it as a full internal reset… with external results to match.

If you’re ready to lose fat from the inside and the outside, DM me or head to my website to book your free 15-minute call.

But here’s the real question…

Are you focusing on weight loss… or actual health transformation?

If you’re a woman in your 40s–60s and struggling with stubborn weight, low energy, or brain fog… this is why I track this 👇

After an almost full day of fasting, I tested my levels using Keto Mojo 📊

• Blood glucose: 4.8 mmol/L
• Ketones: 0.3 mmol/L

After 7–8 months in ketosis, it’s completely normal for ketones to sit lower (around 0.3–0.5).

This usually means your body is now metabolically flexible—efficient at using fat and ketones for fuel rather than storing them. THIS IS THE GOAL FOR LONG TERM HEALTH! 💪

✨ Why this matters:

As we get older, insulin resistance becomes more common—making it harder to lose weight, easier to store fat (especially around the middle), and often linked to energy crashes and brain fog.

Keeping blood glucose stable and relatively low can help:

• Support fat burning
• Improve energy levels
• Reduce cravings
• Support clearer thinking

For context:

• Nutritional ketosis is typically ~0.5–3.0 mmol/L (often higher when you’re newer to keto)
• Fasted blood glucose is often around 4.0–5.5 mmol/L

You can also calculate your GKI (glucose ketone index) from these numbers to get a deeper insight into your metabolic health.

And remember—your blood glucose will fluctuate depending on stress, sleep, hormones, and cortisol levels… so it’s not about perfection, it’s about patterns over time.

Tracking isn’t about obsession—it’s about understanding your body so you can work with it, not against it 💛

We’ve been conditioned to fear fat… but the truth is, our bodies need it.

Fat plays a crucial role in:
– Cell membrane structure and communication
– Brain health and function
– Hormone production (including oestrogen and progesterone)

It’s not the enemy — it’s essential.

Many whole foods naturally contain both fats and proteins, which is part of what makes a ketogenic approach so powerful. In the beginning, it’s simply about understanding which foods provide these nutrients and getting the balance right to support your body in reaching a ketogenic state.

So instead of fearing fat, start learning how to use it properly.

And if you’re struggling — whether it’s with weight, energy, or brain fog — you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Drop me a DM or email me — I’m here to help.

✨ The “keto whoosh” feeling is something many people notice when they shift into ketosis — a change in energy, focus, and how their body feels.

For women in perimenopause and menopause, this phase of life can bring shifts in metabolism, energy, and body composition. Exploring metabolic flexibility — the ability to switch between burning fat and glucose — can be a powerful tool to support how you feel day to day.

In my 10-week programme, I guide you through how to:
• Understand ketosis and how it works
• Support your body through hormonal changes
• Improve energy and focus
• Work towards your personal health and weight goals
• Transition towards a more flexible, sustainable way of eating
• Explore fasting, and whether it’s appropriate and supportive for you

This isn’t about extremes — it’s about learning what works for your body and building confidence in how you fuel it 💛

If you’re ready to take back control, if you’re sick of constant cravings, brain fog, low energy, and poor sleep — this is your sign.

Get in touch today and let’s talk about what’s possible for you.

A clinical study on non-invasive HIFEM technology for urinary incontinence has shown promising results. After six sessions, 81% of patients reported a significant reduction in symptoms.

Additionally, 70% of participants reduced their reliance on absorbent pads, alongside a noticeable decrease in the frequency of leakage triggers.

The treatment was well tolerated, with patients reporting no pain, no downtime, and no adverse effects.

❤️ Beyond symptom improvement, many also experienced added benefits, including enhanced urinary control and an increase in sexual wellbeing. ❤️

A safe, effective, and non-invasive approach that’s helping improve both confidence and quality of life.

I’ve Just received this creatine from .supplements - Love Life Supplements - thank you 🙏

Creatine is one of the most well-researched supplements out there, with strong clinical evidence showing it can help improve strength, support muscle mass, and aid recovery — especially alongside resistance training.

What’s really interesting is that it’s not just for physical performance.

Research also suggests creatine may support cognitive function, including memory and mental performance, and could even play a role in helping protect against age-related cognitive decline.

Simple, well-studied, and backed by science 🧬

✨ Every woman needs to hear this…

If you’re taking HRT — or even if you’re not — understanding how your body metabolises and detoxifies oestrogen is essential.

Your body has preferred pathways for breaking down oestrogen. But when it’s pushed down less optimal routes (like the 4OH or 16OH pathways), or when methylation is sluggish, that’s when symptoms can start to show up.

We’re talking about things like:
• Tender breasts
• Heavy periods & clotting
• PMS
• Anger, irritability, even rage

These aren’t just “normal” — they’re signs your body might need support.

The good news? You can find out exactly how your body is processing oestrogen — and more importantly, what to do about it.

💬 If you want support with this, I’d love to help.

Accidental fast today 😅

Had breakfast, then got busy and didn’t eat again—but kept up my electrolytes 💧

Tested with my Keto-Mojo:
✨ Blood glucose: 4.2
✨ Ketones: 0.8
✨ GKI: 5.2

That puts me comfortably in nutritional ketosis (0.5–3.0) which is the ideal spot for weight loss.

What’s interesting is how this changes over time—when you first start keto, ketones are often higher because your body isn’t efficient yet

Once you’re adapted, it’s completely normal to sit lower and still be in ketosis 🙌

I’m feeling steady, clear-headed, just a little hungry—no energy crashes or urgency to eat… just comfortably fasting until dinner now.

Thinking about ketosis?

If you’re anything like me (and most women I speak to in their 40s and 50s), you might be feeling a bit… off lately.

The weight that’s crept up — especially around your middle.
The bloating that won’t shift.
The energy dips, the brain fog, the “why do I feel like this when I’m doing all the right things?” feeling.

So it’s tempting to think, “I’ll just try keto for a couple of weeks and see what happens.”

But here’s the gentle truth…

It takes a little longer for your body to really switch gears. To move into fat-burning, to calm inflammation, to start using ketones properly — and when it does, that’s when you start to feel the difference.

More energy. Less puffiness. A clearer head. Feeling more like yourself again.

The tricky part? It’s hard to know if you’re doing it right when you’re figuring it out on your own.

That’s where a bit of guidance makes all the difference — understanding your ratios, your body, and how to make it work for you without it feeling overwhelming.

If it’s something you’ve been curious about, I’m here to help you do it in a way that actually feels good and sustainable.

Zoe popped in today to try out our pelvic floor electromagnetic frequency chair 💺✨

She started at 30% intensity and gradually worked her way up to 100%, getting comfortable at each stage. She said she could really feel the different pulse settings activating and relaxing the pelvic floor muscles — a great combination for both engagement and release.

Overall, she found it a really comfortable, positive experience and said it felt like a great kickstart for anyone wanting to support strength and awareness in the pelvic floor area 💪

A simple, non-invasive way to help stimulate and support pelvic floor muscle activity — and Zoe left feeling great after her session 😊

DM if you’d like to know more or book in for a try!

Can we talk about something most people don’t really want to admit…?

💦Leaking a little when you cough or laugh
💦Always going to the toilet “just in case”
😒Feeling weaker down there than you used to

It’s so common — especially during perimenopause and post menopause — but that doesn’t mean you just have to put up with it. 💪

This is my pelvic floor chair 💺

It uses gentle magnetic energy to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles while you sit comfortably, creating rapid contractions (like doing hundreds of targeted exercises without even thinking about it - so you don’t have to try and remember to do your pelvic floor exercises when you’re at a traffic lights).

It’s completely non-invasive and designed to help strengthen, support and improve muscle function over time.

My lovely friend tried it this morning and said it felt both stimulating and relaxing!

It can also support with:
💚ongoing pelvic discomfort
❤️lower back pain
💚needing the toilet more frequently (even at night)
❤️general lack of core strength and support.

If this sounds familiar and you want to have a chat, just message me — you’re definitely not alone 💛
