Polite Notice.

This is the busiest week in the calendar so if there is a chance you are not going to make your appointment, please give as much notice as possible. Today I have had late cancellations and a no show. If you are sick, you are right to stay away but please let me know as early in the day as you can.
Late cancellations and no shows will be charged at full price. I cannot take the financial hit if you can't keep the time you have booked. This is also unfair on clients who are waiting for an appointment.

We have now entered the busiest time of year and I only have a few spaces left before Christmas.
Thursday 4th December 9.30 am (30 mins), 11.45 am (30 mins)
Tuesday 9th December 11.45 am (60 mins), Wednesday 10th December 1pm (30 mins).

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointments throughout December. I have been fully booked in the lead up to Christmas, for sometime and unable to accommodate everyone. If you can't make your appointment, please allow time for me to offer it to someone else.
Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment value. Any with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge to the full value of the treatment.
Any prepaid appointments which are cancelled without the appropriate notice, will either be charged or forfeited.

This is a really difficult post for me to write but I feel it will help me get through this next week.
A lot of you will know that my beautiful boy is declining and life has become quite stressful for him. Gary and I have made the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to him at the end of this coming week. I thought I had been preparing for this for some time but nothing can prepare you for the emotions that surround such a huge decision.
Jack has been my best friend for over 14 and half years. Through happy times and horrible times, his love and friendship has been unwavering...sometimes a food bribe has helped!
I have rearranged my clients on Thursday afternoon, so I can spend some quality time alone with him, so thank you to those who I have asked to move.
Please bear with me this week. I'm not very good at holding everything together but I will do my best. I need to keep work as normal as possible if I can but I will probably be a little quieter than normal. Some may say thats a blessing!
