Are you ready to create more precious moments with your little one? Our Baby Massage Classes are back on Tuesday, and we can't wait to see you and your adorable little ones!

I can't wait to welcome a new class of babies to Môn Baby Massage Academy on Tuesday afternoon next week! We still have a couple of spaces left on this block of four weeks so get in touch if you'd like to join us 🥰

Our classes are small and relaxed and over the course of four weeks I'll guide you through baby massage techniques that you can use for years to come. There's plenty of time for chatting too and everyone who comes recieves a special free gift ❤

I have over 20 years experience working with babies and parents across many different settings and I just love being able to teach baby massage 💕

Our next course of baby massage classes starts on Tuesday, 1pm, 31st October in Llangefni!

£45 for a 4 week course with a course manual and free gift included. Learn everything you need to know about baby massage - great for spending quality time with your little one, helping promote better sleep and a chance to meet other parents too ❤

Our classes are small meaning there's plenty of time to ask questions and it's a completely relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Did you know a gentle massage will put your baby into a more relaxed state?

Baby massage has also been shown to raise the levels of melatonin, which is a hormone that helps us to sleep 😴😴

Massaging your baby can calm them down at bedtime and help them to sleep more deeply, for longer.

And let's face it, which newborn parent doesn't need more sleep?!😴
