📌 Frequently Asked Questions – Please Read Before Your Appointment

👣 Clinic Appointments

• Please attend alone unless you need the support of one other person (we do not have a waiting room).
• Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult and only if booked in for treatment.
• For health & safety reasons, no children in the clinic unless they are attending an appointment.
• Please remove all gel polish or varnish from your toenails before your appointment – we are unable to drill, bur or file over gels as it damages equipment.

🏡 Home Visits

Local home visits are available for clients who are unable to attend the clinic due to mobility or health issues.

• Please ensure pets are in a separate room for safety.
• We kindly ask that you do not smoke during the appointment – thank you!

🚗 Parking

• Please park only in the designated space directly in front of the Cart Wheel at the bottom of the driveway (look for the sign with the 👣 footprints).
• Please do not park in any other spaces – these are for the Holiday Let Cottage next door. Thank you for your understanding!

🕑 Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. This helps us offer your slot to another client. Your courtesy is really appreciated 💙
