Feel Free Play Therapy Tailored therapeutic interventions to support children's mental health and wellbeing.

Lauren is a Therapeutic Play Practitioner working privately and within schools . Lauren has a great deal of practical experience with children from her previous work as a teacher and with youth groups. A background in developmental psychology from her degree and research at the Institute of Education also give Lauren a theoretical understanding of the neuroscience behind the power of play. Lauren

is passionate about equipping children with resilience, confidence and self-awareness to cope with the challenges they face. Through sandplay, artwork, role play, music, puppets and therapeutic stories to name a few, children play out their feelings and issues within a strong therapeutic relationship built on acceptance and a belief in their potential. Now that Halloween is done we can start getting excited about Christmas right? 🎄 Well here’s a date for your diary ….

We are so looking forward to the Lutterworth Light Switch on (Friday 29th November) because we will be hosting our first Christmas at the Manor!

Along with a couple of other fab local businesses - namely Fox and Felt, Purple Penguin Graphics and treehousewellbeingcic we’ll be offering kids crafting, craft stalls, tombola, cakes, hot chocolate, mulled wine and Zero Six Brew Co (representing Bar37) will be in our backyard bar serving ales and cocktails … there really is something for everyone!

We are also beyond excited that we’ll be getting a visit from some very special Carol singers - The Phollies choir will be performing 🎶

Our door will be open from 4pm to welcome you in - can’t wait!
