It’s that time of the year again when we are all setting ourselves up for a fresh start in the new year. Personally I love health kick that January brings for many of us, and I absolutely love the opportunity to work with new people who have that motivation!

Well that’s a Wrap!
Not only the last RT24 of 2025 but the last class in Stiles Community Centre.
It’s not the end of RT24 classes, anyone wanting in in the New Year get in touch 💪!
