From our Tiny Dance Stars to our Premier Pre Champion, all our dancers are getting the opportunity to take part in a variety of activities this year to help them pause, reflect and grow in a Positive Mental Mindset for dancing and for life! This is thanks to our NICHI grant through the Northern Area Community Network and the Public Health Authority.

Not the usual RT24 Monday due to the unexpected hall closure. But not all was lost, as it was great to back at my Church to kick start our “Strong Body, Strong Mind” Project! Looking forward to leading a couple more yoga sessions for these lovely ladies!
