I owe a lot to the fitness journey you know.
Looking back when I started training, I always strived to become physically stronger whether that be in the gym or on the pitch.
I loved the focus and discipline it gave me each day. Once you start to notice physical/mental improvements, it becomes a healthy habit that you can’t do without.
Which is why it was an important decision for me to coach and help others on their journey,
Here’s how it has benefited me..
1. The focus and fire fuelled belly it gave me has been channeled in so many areas; all with the same outcome,
Improvement.
2. I have become so dedicated with
learning more, self development and mastering my craft of coaching and educating my clients/team.
3. Over the last 8 years, I have read more books now than I have my whole entire life. All on either self improvement, human psychology, business and training/nutrition. - all for the benefit of me and my team.
4. It’s helped me gain vital leadership skills. Now as a Dad- even more so.
5. It has abled me to help and serve as many people as possible who need guidance on their fitness journey. Whether that be in strength/resistance training, building long term habits or simply the foods they put in their bodies.
We are now approaching the final days of 2025.
