1-2 Spaces available for all classes.
Classes are capped at 8 per session.
All classes are adult-only.

I have two new classes starting up in 2025, Monday afternoon which is for those with less mobility, this class can be done either on the mat or with a chair. It will be a slow gentler class for those who are looking to keep moving, where you may find mobility a little bit of a challenge right now.

Then a nice early class on a Saturday morning, 7.30am, for a great way to start the weekend. Suitable for all.

Prices are
Menopause yoga block of 4 £44 PAYG weekly £15
All other classes Block of 4 £32 PAYG weekly £10

Pre-perimenopause, perimenopause, menopause or post-menopausal women.

If you are looking for ways to help you through your menopause journey, whether you are just curious as to what lies ahead, or struggling with menopause symptoms. (of which there are many)
Whether you’re on HRT, or using an alternative natural method we are here to help you manage and accept this stage of your life.

FROM sore joints to struggling to sleep, hot flushes to menorage, Anxiety, and overwhelm. The changes in our hormones can play havoc with our daily lives.

By Teaching you breathing techniques to cool and calm the nervous system, gentle movement to oil the joints and keep you flexible, and of course, total relaxation where you can shut yourself away from the world for 20 mins. Taking home with you some strategies to help you with what can sometimes be a difficult journey.
