Dean knew he needed to lose weight but being a full time carer meant the budget was tight. He says 'I discovered I could whip up a Sunday roast for eight people – with lean meat, Slimming World roast potatoes and loads of veg – for less than £10! Yellow sticker’ items (foods that are reduced) became my shopping saviours'.
