Why not try an aromatherapy massage?
Tell your therapist your body complaints/conditions you'd like to treat and they will blend a bespoke oil to use throughout your massage treatment.
Essential oils are so powerful and work wonders for so many conditions such as depression, anxiety, sleep issues, body aches, pains & tensions, sciatica, variety of skin conditions, menstrual pain, menopause. The list goes on and on.
Yesterday I blended a lovely uplifting and balancing oil for a client.
Frankincense which is good for hormone balancing, anti inflammatory, immune boosting, pain relief and beneficial to the skin also good for thyroid conditions.
Ylang Ylang which is good for its relaxing effects, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and improve sleep quality. Is also known to help boost self esteem.
Sandalwood offers various benefits, including anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and moisturizing properties. It can help soothe skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis, reduce acne and scars, and even potentially promote wound healing.
Bergamot helps release the 'happy hotmones' dopamine & serotonin, good for digestion, lowering cholesterol, has anti bacterial, antibiotic and antioxidant properties, is uplifting and energising .
