I came across this video and it reminded me of my own experience when I was a young kid at Leeds United. Wee would have trained with the first team and as a 17-18 year old back then I wouldn’t have went at a first team player like Doku challenges Kompany. Players with the stature of Rio Ferdinand, David Batty, Harry Kewell, Robbie Fowler, Mark Viduka to name a few. My attitude at that age was to make sure I didn’t let myself down in front of these guys, it wasn’t here is my chance to challenge a first team player in a 1-1. Different mentalities and believing in your own ability and also that you belong on the same pitch even at 17. What im saying is believe in yourself and trust that your good enough even at a young age no fear 💪🏻

You hear me say this all the time ..

ALL YOU NEEED IS…..

30–40 minutes a day.

That’s the difference.

Not genetics.
Not luck.
Not “they have more time.”

Just discipline.

I’ve seen it too many times.

Two people.
Same age.
Same responsibilities.
Same 24 hours.

One chooses comfort.
Couch. Excuses. “I’ll start Monday.”

The other?
Moves. Every. Single. Day.

Fast forward a year…

One is complaining about back pain, low energy, and “getting older.”

The other?
Stronger.
Leaner.
Standing taller.
Outrunning guys 10 years younger.

And here’s the part nobody likes to admit:

The body doesn’t lie.

You can talk mindset.
You can post quotes.
You can say you’re disciplined.

But your muscle structure will expose your standards.

30–40 minutes a day isn’t extreme.

It’s basic.

If you can’t give your body 2% of your day…
don’t expect 100% performance from it.

Strong isn’t built in seasons of motivation.
It’s built in daily decisions.

Choose which side of the photo you want to be on.

The excuse…
or the example. 💪🏽🔥
