During a 3am night feed with little Freddie, it dawned on me.
Freddie is the most precious little miracle which made me totally forget about another amazing milestone of another incredible year❤️

My little business turns 3🤍

My heart is so full (a lot of hormones playing a big part of that right now😅)!
I’m feeling extremely grateful for every client who has supported me throughout another incredible year✨
Your love and support means so much to me🤍

Most of all, thank you to my family for supporting me❤️

I plan on uploading my availability for November and December this week😀🥰

This beautiful client returned for her annual lip refreshing treatment 😍

Using RHA kiss, we added 0.35ml to enhance the volume and focussed on adding hydration back into the area whilst maintaining her beautiful lip shape 😍

This achievement deserves a special place on my page🤎✨

This client commenced her medical weight loss programme with myself in November.

I am very passionate about providing this service to clients who not only think of their appearance but more about their inner health and what excess weight can have an impact on.

How the medical weight loss service helped this client:
💪Physical changes:
* A total of 4 Stone in weight loss!
* In November, this client was wearing size 18 clothing and is now wearing size 10-12 clothing.
* Significant increase in muscle tone especially in her legs and arms from incorporating strength training into her routine as well as daily walking.
* Skin- not as dry / itchy and skin texture on the face has significantly improved.
* “I am now having regular cycles and no pain”.

🧘Mental health and well-being:
* Increased confidence which has enhanced self-image and confidence which overall has had a positive outlook on life.
