Two common pressure points for the dreaded corn.
5th digit & side of the foot.
Very painful but easily to enucleate to relieve pressure with immediate effect.

Moisturing the feet especially when diabetic is crucial.
Split heels can easily become infected causing infections and discomfort.

Occasionally my new pts are embarrassed with their toe nails, often cutting holes into shoes and slippers for comfort.
Feet are often forgotten by many ,especially the elderly .
If you don't feel confident to cut your loved ones nails, gently file them or better still...give them a Epsom salt foot soak prior to sofen the nail...
