Hey people!

Thought I would introduce myself properly, I'm Sharna and here is my super cute zen dog, Ragnar! You may see him lurking around the Zen Den from time to time.

I'm a qualified massage therapist trained in Abhyanga oil massage, Thai massage (gentle techniques) and I'm currently training in Level 3 Sports Massage with Pressure Point - Sports Massage

I have spent a lot of time travelling and living in Asia which is where I studied. I trained at the Old Medicine Hospital Thai Massage School Shivagakomarapaj in Chiang Mai and Jamu Spa School in Bali.

I've always had a passion for holistic therapies, yoga, travel and exploring. 🌎

I practice from home in my Zen Den which is based in Arnold, Nottingham.
