✨Probably the best massage oil ever. ✨

Today I was booked for an Awaken massage: Binsted The Oak on the green.

It's a 1.5 hour full body treatment with head massage and I use this oil: Awaken The Senses, from which I just got back in stock. And it is so so zingy and even more so on a gorgeous day like today.

The oil itself is like no other to feel on the skin. It literally is dreamy to use as massage oil. It's packed with vitamin E, argan, apricot, macadamia, grapeseed, coconut, and borage oils... Scented with lime, bergamot, neroli - it's almost a little lemongrassy. And for those extra tense clients I also add a drop of peppermint and rosemary oil and then it literally goes off the scale.. ✨💥 just too good if you ask me. ☀️🌞

Good morning all!

I thought i'd share this video for fascia release, which is important because: Fascia release (myofascial release) therapy reduces chronic pain, increases joint range of motion, and improves circulation by releasing tension in the connective tissues. It enhances athletic performance, aids injury recovery, corrects posture, and promotes relaxation by calming the nervous system. It also aids in releasing emotional stress and breaking down scar tissue/adhesions. - not only this it has a direct connection to the nervous system as the fascia is a sensory organ and sends messages to the brain keeping certain physical states in place such as stress and trauma (see more in the comments)

I have been doing yin for a few years now and i couldn't be without it.

I have been using her videos at home and i always do recommend this type of yoga to many of my clients who struggle with body stiffness, tightness, pain, recovering from trauma etc etc

For me this type of yoga is a god send.
It's deep stretching, for longer periods of time - so you can also meditate at the same time. I do!

And some of her videos combine Hatha with Yin and other bits and pieces.

Just thought i'd share this while I am doing this this morning for my own physical maintenance and well being.

Fabulous end to a long week - one of my busiest yet. Travelled to Salisbury and back, to Chertsey and back, to London and back, and fitted in 20 treatments in West Sussex this week.

Pic from a lovely day yesterday meeting these beautiful ladies at their gorgeous weekend beach house in East Wittering for an afternoon of pampering treatments.
2 facials.
3 back neck and shoulder massage.
1 head massage.

All finished off with a trip back to Worthing to see my friends and a big Chinese meal 🍜💖

R + Rday today, blissful, calm vibes for a little while anyway! 🎉

If I could award my clients or write reviews of you, I'd be bigging you all up... I love my clients, and I love seeing them doing well, overcoming adversity, seeing vulnerability as strength, and owning their needs, and honouring them when it comes to well being.
Taking time for yourself is a power move and never forget it. If you've done that this week, if your energy levels are balanced, if your emotions are regulated, if your stress and anxiety seems to be having a day off... Be proud of yourself, and keep shining and putting your sparkling energy into the world, and inspiring your family and friends. The ripple effects of the good vibrations your create in yourself are boundless once released. Take it from people like me, your yoga teacher, your dance teacher, we know first hand just how far reaching good/high vibrations can go 🌟
I truly do love my job. It's already been a bonkers week and it's only Wednesday. But in that time I've met new colleagues, started a whole new chapter, opened a couple more, and driven a few hundred miles already. And still plenty left to go this week!! Oof!
