Founded by Lily in November 2022, Lily’s Pet Services was born from a deep passion for animals and a dedication to providing outstanding care. What started as a one-person venture has grown into a close-knit team of like-minded pet lovers, committed to delivering tailored, expert care for every pet—and peace of mind for every owner.

Recently we had to say goodbye to Sam as he heads off to start a new adventure!

Anyone who knows me knows I’m a sentimental person, and I truly mean it when I say every dog we care for is treated like one of our own. Saying goodbye is never easy, especially after three wonderful years with Sam in our pack. He brought so much fun, personality and joy to our days.

His bestie Lola will definitely miss him. The other day she spotted a dog that looked just like Sam and got so excited, convinced it was him. It just shows that these changes are not only felt by us humans, the dogs feel them too.

A huge thank you to his lovely owner John for trusting LPS with Sam all these years. Wishing you both the very best with your move.

Meet Lucy! Lucy has been a part of Lily’s Pet Services since November 2024. She is our go-to person for solo 1:1 dog walks, specialising in providing tailored pet care services on an individual basis. Lucy knows the animals she works with very well and is a huge part of what we do at LPS.

Lucy is DBS checked, fully insured and is currently finalising her Canine First Aid and CPR qualification.

I’m so excited to welcome Nicky to the LPS Team!

As a small business owner, it’s so important to find the right person, someone you can truly trust with your clients, their beloved pets and their homes. Nicky is exactly that.

Nicky has a genuine love for animals, a wonderful character and the calm, caring energy that means so much in this role. I’m so grateful to have her on board.

Nicky has completed her DBS check, is fully insured and is currently finalising her Canine First Aid and CPR qualification, which will be completed before her first booking.

A little from Nicky:

Hi I’m Nicky. A mum to two teenage girls and a Holistic therapist and Sound practitioner. I have always been passionate about animals having grown up surrounded by various pets and furry/feathered rescued friends. Dogs, in particular bring me so much joy and fun! I truly believe that they really are man’s (and ladies) best friend!

Hi, I’m Lily, the owner and founder of Lily’s Pet Services.

Three years ago, I left my admin job, decided not to use my PPE degree and chose instead to pursue my passion—working with animals.

That’s when I connected with Anna
I had zero farming experience, but she welcomed me anyway. How Anna taught and mentored me shaped the way I run my business today. I’ll always be so grateful for that.

Walking one or two dogs locally, was my first tiny doorway into this new world. No formal qualifications—just determination, a love for animals, and a quiet belief that I could make it work.

Three years on, Lily’s Pet Services is successfully, providing training, sitting, and tailored walks for pets in Ascot through a dedicated team.

To my amazing clients who believed in me from the start—thank you!
