From a six-month-old excitable puppy to a certified therapy dog — Digby, you did it!

Working with you has been one of the most meaningful parts of my journey so far. It’s been a true privilege to help guide and train you toward this incredible goal.

Today, I’m beyond proud to share that Digby has officially passed as a therapy dog. He is now able to support his wonderful family — Helen and her son Jacob, who greatly benefits from Digby’s presence and care. The bond they share is powerful, and watching Digby grow into the steady, loving support Jacob needs has been nothing short of inspiring.

This milestone wasn’t easy — it took hours of dedication, training, trust, and heart. But Digby never gave up, and neither did his family.

To Helen, Jacob, and especially Digby: congratulations from the bottom of my heart. 💛 Thank you for letting me be part of your journey. This one means a lot.

Really grateful to have been invited to speak today at Bracknell & Wokingham College () about alternative career paths.

It was an amazing opportunity to share the story behind building Lily’s Pet Services and show students that success doesn’t always follow a traditional route.
