came into the clinic for some treatment today!

The key focus was working on areas of tightness in the upper limb to improve mobility, speed up recovery, and keep the body performing at its best so he can continue to train hard in the gym.

If you are suffering with aches or pains that are stopping you from training or want to get something checked out then drop me a message to get yourself booked in!

Train hard. Recover smarter. 🔧

A quick snapshot of what I’ve been seeing in clinic recently

From lower back tightness and neck pain to hamstring tears, rotator cuff injuries, cough, strain and disc problems it’s been a real mix

One thing many of these cases have in common they rarely appear overnight

most injuries tend to build gradually through a combination of load, lifestyle, training, recovery and sometimes just normal age related to change.

The goal in clinic isn’t just to reduce pain for a few days. It’s to understand why it’s happening, improve how you move and rebuild the strength and capacity needed so it’s less slightly to keep coming back.

Everybody’s plan is different but the aim is always the same. Get you moving better and feeling more confident in your body again.

If something‘s been lingering longer than it should it’s probably worth getting it checked out.

Day in the life of an Osteopath working in non league football!

A busy Saturday morning before football this weekend supporting the bat caves charity day before heading to the ground for pre match treatments and pitchside care.

An unfortunate 4-2 defeat to Chertsey but the boys will bounce back!

Finishing the day strong with a gym session and dinner with the missus.

Day in my life as a self-employed osteopath 👐

Lower back & hip tightness is something I see daily in clinic — and something I manage myself too.
Long hours, stress, training and sitting all add up.

To stay on top of it, I keep it simple:

✔️ Hip mobility
✔️ Glute stretching
✔️ Rotational movements
✔️ Regular walks
✔️ Breathing to manage stress
✔️ Regular strength work

It’s not about one big session — it’s about small, consistent habits.

If this sounds familiar, drop a 🔥 below.

If you need to get in for some treatment as you are suffering drop me a message to arrange this today!

Posture doesn’t “fail” it fatigues over a period of time. After hours at a desk the muscles tire, your spinal load Increases and your body looks for extra support. Your posture at the end of a day isn’t laziness or bad habits, it’s your body adapting to sustained postures.

Regular movement, simple changes during the day can make a massive difference.

Your spine needs movement!
