Last weekends activities: a fascinating and very wholesome weekend on Reiki training with , remembering and reconnecting 🙏

And I’ve felt the benefits of my new learning and training already- I’m feeling more focused, productive, creative and calm. Looking forward to sharing that with you soon 🤍

I haven’t been able to do this for ages- maybe years! But here I am this morning in wheel pose. Just a little reminder not to focus on what you can’t do, what you used to be able to do, or even where you’re headed- but just to accept where you’re at today, and maybe tomorrow will be different 💛
