Today’s gesture of gratitude: collecting a few conkers 🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎
Not just one to put in my pocket, and not a bucketful either…. Had to be five for some reason. But I’m like that 🤪

They shall now be placed next to my vase of flowers, where I can look at them every day, until they are no longer shiny.
They will bring great pleasure xx

I love creating tiny collections and bringing home my finds.

For anyone as old as me, it may have something to do with taking things into school to put on the nature table!

Who relates to this?
When I feel fragile amidst turbulence … I turn to something physical - I do a thing, a practical thing - to feel grounded and present.
Got quite a bit going on around me right now, which includes uncertainty, change and new ways of being.

So, this afternoon, whilst the blustery storms were blowing everything inside out, I felt the need to cook, to make wholesome food, with no purpose in mind, apart from the steady mixing and making.

What to do with left over roast parsnips and the last of the courgettes? With a few extra bits and some creamy coconut milk …

Soup!!

And then came Turkish inspired chicken, coated with hot honey and sweet spices, and homemade tzatziki with mint, to serve with flatbreads and salad.

*didn’t take photos of the other dishes, cos I didn’t know I was going to post about it 🙈*

Got enough food prepped for a good
few days now 😂

On this 999 portal - 9th September in the numerology year 9 - I felt blessed by this single swan, down at the river;
framed by the sky’s reflection in the water, and a ray of rainbow light.

As the swan moves with grace from water to air - honour your swan soul.

We have much to learn by trusting our intuition, and absorbing the wisdom from otherworldly realms as we allow ourselves to move between physical and spiritual dimensions.

There were some weird-ass energies at play last night on the farm
Beautiful sky, mist coming off the fields after the rain 🌫️… which was impossible to capture on my phone … but such ethereal visuals which showed up on camera. Maybe they are present all the time, and the mist highlighted them for me… or maybe last night was just a bit weird 🫣
