This is your chance to step away from the constant buzz and humdrum of today’s busy, noisy world and enjoy 55 minutes of silence 🤫

This weather helps put the WILD in wild sauna for sure 👌 🔥

There’s something quite exhilarating about a sauna & cold plunge in the midst of a storm it seems

Feeling hot and cozy in the sauna while the rain is lashing down outside left me feeling weirdly smug if I’m honest 😜 Kinda like ‘haha can’t get me in here can you rain’ 🤣

And then lying in the cold plunge with the wind whistling past and the rain falling down on my face was almost a welcome addition. I felt ALIVE 🤩 Bring on the rain I thought - I’m out here to get wet anyway!

🔥 EXCITING OPENING HOURS UPDATE 🔥

From Friday 24th October, we’ll be open every Friday evening & Saturday morning for community sauna 🙌

Friday: 5-8pm
Saturday: 10-1pm

We know you’ve been wanting regular weekend sauna for a while, so we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for bearing with us and for waiting patiently.

It’s been a busy, slightly bonkers year! We added another child to our family, just as the camping season started (did you know we ran a pop-up campsite at the farm too….) launched Peak Saunas, and we just moved house 🤯😵 It’s been non stop, but now the camping season has ended we’re finally in a position to open up for community sauna at the weekends. YAY 🥳

Availability is now live on the website so GO GO GO.

A well earned morning off and a real treat for both me and Jupiter ❤️

We attend which is run by my superstar friend and fellow mama-entrepreneur Sophie. We’ve been friends since the our first day at secondary school 25 years ago!!

Jupiter had a gorgeous coconut milk & rose petal bath, followed by a soothing baby massage, a manicure and then a little photo shoot. LUSH

It was just as much of a treat for me. A few hours away from my phone, laptop, social media and the humdrum of a busy work and home life.

Next time I’ll make sure I’ve got time for lunch too as it’s based at and the food there is banging 😎

🔥 REGULAR OPENING HOURS 🔥

WEDNESDAY
12 - 3pm: communal sauna - £15 per seat
5 - 8pm: communal sauna - £15 per seat
8-9pm: power hour (private hire) £70

THURSDAY
6 - 8pm: communal sauna - £15 per seat
8-9pm: power hour (private hire) £70

If you’d like to sauna at any other time you can private hire the sauna for you and your group. Friends are usually happy sitting closer together and so we allow up to 8 people under a private hire booking. Do be aware that if there are 8 of you it will be cosy inside ☺️

1 hour private hire = £90
2 hours private hire = £150

We’ll be starting regular weekend communal sauna & some special themed sauna seasons (e.g silent sauna) from mid - late October 💪
