We’ve extended our opening hours, AGAIN!

You can now pop along for 55 or 85 minutes of pure rest, relaxation & rejuvenation on

🔥 Wednesday (5-8pm)
❄️ Friday (5-8pm)
🔥 Saturday (10-3pm) AND
❄️ Sunday (10-3pm)

The love, support and all round good vibes of this growing sauna community is just amazing. Thank you to each and every one of you that has come along, told a friend, or left us a lovely review. It all makes a big difference to a tiny business ❤️

There are some special events brewing too, so watch this space for some guided sauna rituals, yoga & sauna, and wellness retreat days 😱🥰

That’s right folks, starting on Sunday 15th February, we’re now open for community sauna EVERY SUNDAY 💃

10am - 85 minute community - £20
11.30am - 85 minute community - £20
1pm - 55 minute community - £15
2pm - 55 minute community - £15

If you want to private hire the sauna all for yourself and your pals, simply book all 6 seats where available.

We now have Peak Saunas branded sauna hats!

As well as looking super cool 😎 a sauna hat will help to regulate your temperate and protect your face and hair from the heat & steam of the sauna.

If you’ve never tried one, I always have a few available for people to borrow during their session. Have a go - see how it feels for you!

And if you decide you want your own then you can buy one for £25!

Green, cream & pink available. Non-branded versions also available.

Pretty much anything done under the light of the moon is special and magical. That’s why we’ve decided to re-introduce New Moon Thursday 🌙

Hosted the Thursday closest to the New Moon, this is your opportunity to step away from the humdrum of everyday life and enjoy a moment of calm under the energy of the New Moon.

5.30pm is 55 minutes (£15)
6.30pm is 85 minutes (£20)
