As you can see I didn’t quite manage to leave the laptop at home… But limiting work to 1 hour per day, whilst sipping wine and looking out at the Aegean Sea…can’t really complain can I

Heat wave incoming 🔥🔥🔥

Every day this weekend we’ll be putting approx 50-60kg of ice into one of the plunges. It’ll help ensure one is much colder than the others.

Our tubs are ambient temperate cold plunges, so as you can imagine, there’s only so much we can do!!

Rest assured, it’s colder in the tubs than it is in the sauna 😝

You’re still going to feel great afterwards! 😎

And for lots of you, this is probably good news 😉

I’ve teamed up with the wonderful Ev Jessie to bring you a monthly dose of mid-week yoga & sauna.

A moment to move your body, calm your mind and connect with like-minded lovely people in a beautiful natural setting. Finished with cocao round the camp fire.

First Wednesday of the month from 10am - 12pm

We’ve added in lots of extra sessions for this weekend folks.

And we’re about 50% full already! So don’t hang about if you’re thinking of heading over for a sauna this weekend 😎

If you want to private hire the sauna then simply look for a session that has all 6 seats available. If there are 6 of you simply book all 6 seats (as my booking system now asks for each guests details) If there are less than 6 of you drop me a message on here on via WhatsApp with your desired time and I’ll reserve for you and ping you a payment link
