Had the very special honour of working on ‘Tommy’ today an extremely precious pony who belonged to Morgan, and who is now entrusted to his Gran for an easy life and being spoilt after years of fun. It is easy to see why Morgan loved this little chap so much, such a character with a big heart. In super condition and loved very dearly which was a main priority that Morgan stipulated ❤️

‘Darcey’ was up next, yet another character who takes care of her mum so well and is a picture of health. Nothing like a bit of TLC from a nice remedial massage in the sunshine. See you again next month 🥰

⚠️Clips to the bit now not allowed in BS or BD competition.
This week BS have added clips to the bit to the prohibited list of tack.

There has long been speculation that the rattling connection to the bit via these clips can cause headaches or at least a metallic resonation through the horses head.

They are also fairly unsafe getting stuck on things

What are your thoughts?

What a wonderful rewarding morning 🥰

Working on Lady, the 5 year old solid cob was great, it just goes to show that however robust our horses can appear, they can still have a few little niggles; yet she remains so loyal and hardworking to her mum. Really enjoyed working on her and seeing some genuine enjoyment in her face made my day ❤️

Hats off to mum for keeping ‘Rosie’ who is 26 in such tip top shape, she was an absolute delight to work on, I feel she massively benefited from a good remedial massage.

Can’t wait to see both ladies again, it really is such a pleasure to have met them ❤️

Massage done for the ex western horse ‘Blue’ he even demonstrated some of his rapid reversing techniques for me 😅🤣 what an interesting life this boy has had.

BLUE CHIP CHAMPIONSHIPS 2025.
Omg what a day I am so proud of this horse, we may not have had a clear, but it was the hardest, scariest most technical course and arena I’ve ridden in, I cried when I came out because I was just so proud of him for doing everything and more for me.. well done Jacob you fantastic animal. I have had the best day ever with the best company. Jailhouse Rock ❤️❤️
