My body clock naturally switched to waking up at 0500, because I was now so full of energy. I started walking 15,000 steps each morning before breakfast. 3. You'll need a smartphone to track your walk so you can post a photograph of your walk map.

Just received this message from Ros this morning. 100 days alcohol free.

Looking back at Earth from space puts everything into perspective. It reminds us that nothing is quite as big as it seems in the moment.

Your problems are real, but they’re not the whole world.

When the whole Earth can sit behind your thumb, it reminds you not to let one moment, one stress, or one bad day become your entire life.
