We started the 12 week wisdom course last week and I’m so thrilled to see how women are benefitting from the class already.

🌱🍂 It’s Time for an Autumn Garden Refresh🍂🌱

As we move into the cooler days, it’s the perfect time to come together for a little garden grounding.
Let’s clear away the old, harvest the last of those delicious veggies, and get the soil ready for new beginnings. 🌿🥕

Today at SunGate we are planting onions, garlic, and spinach to welcome a fresh harvest come spring.
We tidying up the lavender as the last bees get their fill . Apples are everywhere, magpie is enjoying those we can’t reach to pick and the chilli’s are still abundant .

There’s something so grounding and magical about preparing the earth for new growth.

No need to sleep on an artificial grounding sheet, get outdoors and prepare the soil 🌷✨

It’s a delight in the autumn sun to prepare for winter by harvesting the cabbages and cooking up some fresh vegetables for dinner tonight.
