Why We Think We Have Failed
Sometimes the hardest thing we carry isn’t what happened in our lives, it’s the story we tell ourselves about it. Many people quietly believe they have failed.
Failed in relationships, work or even in becoming the person they thought they would be.
But very often, that feeling of failure doesn’t come from truth.
It comes from comparison, expectations, even from the idea that life should have followed a neat, perfect path.
But let me tell you a truth, life rarely works like that!
What we feel is failure is often simply a moment when life redirected us. The relationship that ended may have protected you from a future that wasn’t meant for you or the opportunity that didn’t work out may have moved you toward something more aligned with who you truly are. Even the times we feel we have fallen behind, are often moments when our soul is quietly reshaping our path.
Growth doesn’t always look like progress.Sometimes it looks like confusion or like we are starting again. But even starting again isn’t failure. I call it evolution!
When you look back later, you will realise that you were just being redirected. Watch for life’s sign posts.

I think this is one of the most painful things to experience.
Someone who once laughed with you, trusted you, and shared life with you, suddenly becomes distant, critical, or even unkind.
But often it isn’t as simple as betrayal. Sometimes friendships shift because people are growing in different directions or someone feels uncomfortable with the changes happening in your life. Maybe your boundaries become stronger, and not everyone is used to that version of you. And sometimes, the friendship was only meant for a certain chapter of your life.
Not everyone is meant to walk with us forever. That doesn’t mean the memories were false or the connection was meaningless. It simply means the path has changed. The right people for your next chapter will recognise your growth, not resent it.

Margaret and Emma believe that Spirituality can mean different things to different people. To them it is an expression of whatever is positive. It strives for unconditional love, and places us on a path of universal understanding and acceptance, where Judgement is lacking, and acceptance and tolerance is high. Its positive vibration brings with it humbleness, which recognises the importance of the Soul rather than the flamboyance of the ego.
They believe that the spirit needs to play different roles to grow and learn and eventually it is then reintegrated into the whole. Margaret often says that we are all more than just matter and energy. That we will not vanish when our corporeal body dies. She believe that everything we are will eventually return to the purest form – spirit.
Of course different religions have their own viewpoints on life, death and spirit. There is no monopoly on truth. So everyone should follow the path that suits them, because their destination will always remain the same.
