Some answers arrive only after you quiet your mind and let yourself rest into trust. You are being guided away from strain and toward ease. Away from proving yourself and back into being. If you’ve felt emotional, tired, or unusually reflective, it’s recalibration. Your energy is realigning with something calmer, steadier, and more honest. Let today be lighter.

Angel Message
The angels want you to know that you are not being tested because you are weak, you are being supported because you are strong. The heaviness you feel is a sign that you have been carrying more than most, quietly and with grace. The angels are surrounding you now, especially in moments when you feel unseen or unsure. They ask you to slow your breath and remember this truth: you are held, even when you don’t feel it.
Nothing is falling apart, it is rearranging.
Nothing has been taken, it is being redirected.
And nothing about you is behind, you are exactly where your soul can grow next.
Call on the angels when your energy dips. Speak their names, even in a whisper. They are closer than you realise, steadying you, guiding your next step, and protecting your light.
You do not need to do everything today or have all the answers.
You only need to stay open, and keep going. You are loved and supported, and you are never walking alone.

To understand how fear interrupts creativity, we must look through the eyes of the angels, who know that creation flows only where love feels safe.
Imagine yourself sharing a story with someone whose presence feels like light, someone who holds you in kindness, who listens without judgement, who delights simply in your being. As you speak, your words are carried effortlessly. Images unfold, colours brighten, and meaning arrives without strain. You are not thinking your way forward, you are being guided. This is how creativity moves when the soul feels protected.
Now imagine sharing the same story in the presence of an energy that feels tense or unwelcoming. The flow dims. The images withdraw. Your spirit gently pulls inward, not in resistance, but in self-preservation. The angels recognise this contraction instantly: it is the soul seeking safety.
Creativity is not forced into existence. It is received.
And it can only be received when the heart feels safe enough to open. Sometimes the sense of threat does not come from others at all. We may sit alone, surrounded by silence, and still feel blocked. In these moments, we have come face to face with our own inner guardians, the parts of us that fear exposure, fear remembering, fear revealing what has long been hidden. Perhaps we are afraid of the emotions that may surface, or the truths that may ask to be honoured, or the responsibility of allowing divine inspiration to move through us.
The angels do not ask us to overcome this fear. They ask us to soften into protection.
Before you create, pause and call in the angelic realm. Envision yourself standing within a circle of radiant light, alive with loving presence. Feel angels surrounding you, not to correct or direct, but to witness. Their message is simple: You are safe to be seen. You are safe to speak. You are safe to feel.
Let this light wash over you. Let it dissolve the need to judge what arises. Breathe as though your breath itself is a prayer.
Then surrender, not to fear, but to grace. Creativity, guided by angels, does not demand effort. It arrives gently, like a whisper carried on wings. As you allow it to move through you, remember what the angels have always known: you were never meant to create alone. You were meant to be held.

Margaret and Emma believe that Spirituality can mean different things to different people. To them it is an expression of whatever is positive. It strives for unconditional love, and places us on a path of universal understanding and acceptance, where Judgement is lacking, and acceptance and tolerance is high. Its positive vibration brings with it humbleness, which recognises the importance of the Soul rather than the flamboyance of the ego.
They believe that the spirit needs to play different roles to grow and learn and eventually it is then reintegrated into the whole. Margaret often says that we are all more than just matter and energy. That we will not vanish when our corporeal body dies. She believe that everything we are will eventually return to the purest form – spirit.
Of course different religions have their own viewpoints on life, death and spirit. There is no monopoly on truth. So everyone should follow the path that suits them, because their destination will always remain the same.
