Resharing today. Christmas isn’t always the most wonderful time of the year. For those of us struggling with bereavement, separation, health struggles or loneliness the festive period can feel heavy and dark. Please know you’re not alone and you can reach out. ❤️

For some of us, when the world feels dark, we can take a step back from the news to look after our mental health. For others, we’re fearing for friends and family’s safety and reliving past traumas.
