I will create nutritional support unique for you and your body. I will educate you about what your body is trying to say, empower you with knowledge and understanding how your body works, support you on the journey to feeling good, feeling yourself again. These choices are inspired by my own health experience and knowing how hard it can be living with these conditions.

Save this if you get hit by PMS every month.
As hormones nutritionist,
I love rosemary.
Why is it good for hormones and PMS?
It helps your hormones to stay in balance. Your oestrogen stays in your body as long as it needs to.
When is not needed, it has to be rid of and get out.
It’s your liver job to help clearing no longer needed oestrogen. But, when the liver is sluggish, it cannot do its job properly,
letting more oestrogen stay in.
PMS is often “ supported” by left over oestrogen.
Rosemary helps liver to get rid of oestrogen and keeping your hormones in balance.
That’s simple 🙂

Spring is almost here! Imbolc has just passed, the days are growing, and on clear days nature gives us beautiful orange sunsets ❤️
Spring is time for us to wake up, start moving and getting out more, shake off winter blues.
I started my spring with tidying up the house. Got rid of old furniture and clothes, took a lot of junk to the damp.. ( oh my days, I didn’t know I kept so much junk 🙈)
That’s just the start 🙂
But, how is that all linked to nutrition? Nutrition and nutritional therapy is not only about eating healthy and sleeping well. Is about mindfulness, self-care, creating a safe, comfortable space for you to live.
How is your “getting ready for spring season” going?
mindful living, natural health, women’s health, nutritional therapy, self-care

Share this with someone who consumes sweeteners! Aspartame, saccharin, acesulfate k, erythritol, sorbitol, xylitol are artificial ( lab created) sweeteners. And, these can speed up brain decline. Recent 8 year long study of 12,000 people aged 50+ confirms this. Scientists found increased neurons inflammation and increased thrombus risk in people who used above sweeteners. Think about it next time you choose sugar free foods! # Healthy eating, sugar free, diet drinks, artificial sweeteners.

Take a look, This needs to be shared! The days before Christmas...

Messages to answer.
Lists that keep growing.

Even if you love this season, it’s easy to slip into doing instead of being present.

You don’t need a day off to reset.
You need pauses between tasks.

Try one:

• Step outside for five minutes
• Put the phone down while the kettle boils
• Take one slow breath
• Let one thing wait until tomorrow

Small pauses create space, mentally and emotionally.

Christmas will arrive whether it’s perfect or not.
People won’t remember the details.
They’ll remember how it felt to be around you.

What’s one pause you’ll take today?

😊

Today is Winter Solstice. Yule. End of dark time which started on Samhain. Days will grow longer from today. Nights will shrink. There will be more daylight, more sunshine, more time outdoors, more walks in green woods. More joy. More happiness. We will see another spring, flowers, green leaves, bees and butterflies. Yule is not just a point in the calendar. Is a reminder: brighter days always come, night doesn’t last forever. Yule is about hope for new beginning.
This day is not about reflecting on past, counting successes or setting goals. Is about pausing. So, pause. Put everything aside for a minute. Breathe deep. Listen to yourself. Feel the energy of the nature. Feel your own energy. Embrace yourself. Keep listening to yourself to keep your inner energy flowing. ☀️Happy Yule, people! ❄️

👍My challenge is changing and reshaping itself
It’s so busy right now, creating a post on Instagram becomes a hard task! My challenge of is going well, and is changing! 👀So, recap from last 2 days. What didn’t go well: finding a right time to sit down in silence is hard! I was struggling to find the right moment. Clear the mind from racing thoughts is also hard. What went well: I found my good time, around 9 PM, when house finally gets silent and day work is done. To calm racing thoughts I started manifesting: concentrate my mind on one thing and thinking about it as it’s already happening. For example, good health or financial gain. 👀The change: I tried something different today! Getting quiet 15 minutes is hard sometimes, especially you have children. Today I split these 15 minutes now in 2 smaller parts and had these “ silent time” moments when there was a chance. Daytime at work break and evening time. It worked 😊. Another day is coming tomorrow! I will share with you one thing which has changed since I started my challenge. Stay with me!

👍 challenge I have to confess. I skipped my challenge on Saturday 🙈 I spent a great day in London, with Belarusian community. Celebrating December in the traditional way, how my ancestors used to do. I loved it. I got home way too tired to do my challenge. My lesson here: life is unpredictable, the commitments are not always getting done..

👍 Day 3 of my challenge. Mixed feelings and experimenting . What went well: no fiddling this time, at all. It was easier to sit still and gradually clearing my mind, relaxing the body. What went not so well: I discovered a little timer icon on Amazon Alexa, and instead of focusing on relaxation I kept checking the timer 🙈 Will use phone timer from now on. 👀Experimenting: I deliberately left dehumidifier running, to see how its humming will affect my challenge. It’s definitely distracting, I couldn’t clear thoughts fully this time.
But, the result is still great, calmer mind, more clarity. Another day is coming tomorrow! challenge
