Yesterday afternoon, Jo and I had the pleasure of delivering a deeply relaxing sound bath for clients at a corporate event at Barnett Hill Hotel, hosted by Hedges & Hurdles.

Hedges & Hurdles are a corporate team-building company that creates sustainable and unique experiences across Surrey and the South East, and it was a pleasure to collaborate with them on this event.

We created a calm and restorative space where clients could step away from the demands of their working day, reset, and recharge—something that is becoming increasingly valuable within corporate environments.

We thoroughly enjoyed being part of such a lovely and thoughtful event. Thank you for having us.

Happy Friday!
It’s been a quieter week in the studio this week as the children have been on half term. But I’ve been busy waitressing and clearing up after every snack!

I did have time though to put up my new artwork in the studio!
My very talented Mother-in-law painted this gorgeous Buddha for me. 🫶
I absolutely love it, it will bring a very special energy into the studio. 🪷 🙌

I’m excited to share that I will be holding a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath Meditation at the stunning and tranquil studio at The Hare and The Moon in Twickenham. ✨

The Hare and The Moon is a Spiritual Wellness Hub & Gift Shop located on Twickenham Green.

A sacred hour to pause, breathe, and be held by the calming sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and gentle Reiki drumming.

Allow yourself to rest in this Reiki-infused sound bath as healing sounds and vibrations calm the nervous system, release tension, and gently restore and align your energy. 💫

My favourite part of what I do is helping people to switch off from the outside world, to quieten those busy minds, and allow them the right conditions to release and let go of what no longer serves them. 💜
