Such a lovely afternoon spent playing for the residents and staff at Bentley Lodge Care & Nursing Home in Farnham. A few of the residents family members joined us, along with Cllr Gordon Tillett.

Frequencies and vibrations work on multiple levels to support both cognitive and emotional well-being.

Sound frequencies directly activate our nervous system and they have the ability to stimulate areas of the brain associated with memory and emotions. This is why sound therapy can be beneficial for those living with dementia.

🌈 Have you been to a Mum & Baby Sound Bath before? Curious to know more?

It’s a much more relaxed session where you will feel comfortable to attend to your baby whilst listening to soothing and relaxing sounds. A mixture of sounds including Crystal Bowls, Gong, Soothing Chimes and gentle Reiki Drumming.

I will provide mats for Mum & Baby, please just bring something soft for your little one to lay on.
I also have a selection of baby music toys to keep your little ones entertained.

If your looking for something a bit different to attend with your baby, then a Mum & Baby Sound Bath is an hour for Mum & Baby to enjoy!!

Kimberley from will also be there offering mini photo shoots for your little ones.

Hope you’ve all had a lovely summer? I’ve been a bit quieter over July and August while the children have been off school, and we’ve been busy having some family adventures.

I have some exciting events booked in for September, I also have my regular sound baths planned. It’s going to be a busy month!

Walton-on-Thames evening Sound Bath.

Do you fancy some time for you, to be still to relax and listen to the healing sounds of Crystal Bowls, Gong, soothing Chimes and Gentle Drumming?

Come and join me for a relaxing hour to switch off and de-stress.

Venue:
📍The Methodist Church
Walton-on-Thames
Terrace Road, Surrey, KT12 -2SR

Limited parking at the Church but other parking options close by.

⏰ 7.30pm - 8.30pm

What to bring:

I will provide mats and I have some spare cushions but please bring a blanket or additional yoga mat for extra comfort.

It’s advisable to wear comfortable clothes and bring a cardigan or jumper incase your body temperature drops during the session.
Some water to keep you hydrated.
