This is a real pinch me moment, I’m so excited to announce my home studio is OPEN!

I’ve dreamt about this space, and can’t quite believe it’s now finished and ready for clients.
I’ve put my heart and soul into creating this space and it means so much to me to be able to finally share it.

A safe and welcoming space for you to relax, unwind and be present. A place where sound, vibrations and Reiki supports your mind body and spirit.

A massive thank you to my husband who has supported me and helped me bring my vision to life! He has been a massive part of this journey.

A magical two days spent at the cabin with Jo, Alice and Madeline

We covered in depth how to work with clients on a one to one, giving them a more personalised healing session, to help them heal emotionally and physically using the vibrations of sound and the power of intention.

We also covered Shamanic practices which are spiritual practices that are deeply connected to the natural forces and elements of the earth. We saw some of them today with the snow!❄️
We all had wonderful drumming journeys and received some heart felt messages. 💜

Looking forward to next Friday where we will put all this knowledge and experience into our one to one assessments, to hopefully be certified with our Diploma in One to One Sound Healing.

Thank you ladies for a fun and emotional couple of days. 🙌💜

A lovey Mum & Baby Sound Bath today at Walton-on-Thames Methodist Church. One of the Mums managed to get a good 20 minutes rest while her little one napped!

I’m so proud to share that I’ve been accepted as an Approved Practitioner with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine 🌿

The IPHM is a global community of trusted, qualified professionals dedicated to promoting healing, growth, and wellbeing. 💫

I’m also incredibly excited to announce that I’ll be opening my home Studio in mid-November — a calm, nurturing space to pause, listen, and reconnect through the power of Sound and Reiki.

Feeling so grateful for this new chapter — a chance to hold space, to share, and to support others on their journey 💜

🌈 Have you been to a Mum & Baby Sound Bath before? Curious to know more?

It’s a much more relaxed session where you will feel comfortable attending to your baby whilst listening to soothing and relaxing sounds. A mixture of sounds including Crystal Bowls, Gong, Tibetan Bowls, Soothing Chimes and gentle Reiki Drumming.

I will provide mats for Mum & Baby, please just bring something soft for your little one to lay on.
I also have a selection of baby music toys to keep your little ones entertained.

If you’re looking for something a bit different to attend with your baby, then a Mum & Baby Sound Bath is an hour for Mum & Baby to enjoy!!

It was a real pleasure to hold a Sound Bath Session for the residents, families and staff at community event on Tuesday afternoon.
They had a special visit from the Mayoress and Cllr Chesterman of Welwyn and Hatfield.

Stanborough Lodge has such a homely feel to it, the staff put so much care love and energy into making the home a really fun and social place for all the residents to live in. 🙌💜

Studies have shown that Sound Therapy can help those living with dementia. The residents seemed to enjoy the soothing sounds and there was a real sense of calmness in the room.

A lovely relaxed but intimate Mum & Baby session today. The babies especially enjoyed the chimes, the koshi bells, and the drumming. This is a great session to introduce your little ones to the healing frequencies of Sound.

As the leaves start to fall and the cool fresh earthy air sets in, we have the energy of the October Hunter’s Supermoon 🌕

A good time to charge crystals, set intentions and release and let go of anything that is out of our control.
I will use this powerful energy to ground myself, and give gratitude for all that I have, and for the new exciting chapters ahead. 🙌
