Wow 😮 what an incredible achievement 👏

‘I’ve found me again – now I’m helping others do the same ❤️!’

As a busy mum, Charlie often put herself at the bottom of her own priority list ⬇️. After her son’s first birthday, she joined her local Slimming World group – and everything changed 🤗. With support from her Consultant Amanda, Charlie built healthier habits and discovered why she’d struggled before 💪. ✨ Small Win from the Weekend ✨

Had one of those unexpected feel-good moments in Primark over the weekend… I picked up a size medium dress 👗 just to see AND it fit. Comfortably. No squeezing, no hoping, no “maybe one day”… just me, in a medium.

I used to hunt through the rails for XXL, convinced that’s where I belonged. But this time, I didn’t have to hunt. I didn’t have to settle. I just slipped into something that made me feel good and that’s a win worth celebrating 💃

Progress isn’t always about the scales. Sometimes it’s about the confidence to try, the joy of surprise, and the reminder that change is happening.

Here’s to the little victories that feel massive 💖

Kiss goodbye to hunger! My Slimming World members never have to go hungry (hurrah!) 🥳. And that’s all down to the amount of Free Food we can eat ON plan, food that is low in energy density (the ones with fewer calories per gram) and is more satisfying for our appetite 🍅🥕🍚. I’d would love to help you achieve your dream weight, hunger-free!
