Please share and interact with the post and please let us find Rosie a new home, please.
Tuesday 7th April is Rosie's 13th Birthday. She needs to get her new home.
Rosie just loves being the center of attention and she is so bright.
Rosie is looking for a calm, adult‑only home where life is steady and she can feel safe. She generally loves people, but because she’s had a couple of difficult encounters with men, introductions need to be gentle and patient. Her biggest challenge is her fear of other dogs, so she needs a pet‑free home, ideally in a rural or quiet area with no exposure to neighbouring animals. She must stay on‑lead in public, but she’s made huge progress and now copes well when dogs are at a comfortable distance.
Despite everything she’s been through, Rosie is full of joy, loyalty, and enthusiasm. She loves long walks, exploring, car trips, noisy toys, and one‑to‑one time, but once she's had a good walk she’s happy to curl up and snooze the day away. She’s incredibly trainable and has worked hard to overcome her fears, and her gastric issues are well managed with daily medication. Rosie deserves someone patient, understanding, and ready to give her the peaceful retirement she’s waited far too long for.
