We’re really looking forward to welcoming Jane Jones () to The Sauna at the Cottage for an upcoming Wim Hof Method workshop.
The Wim Hof Method is a simple, science-backed approach to wellbeing, combining guided breathing, cold exposure and mindset to help regulate the nervous system and support both mental and physical resilience.
Jane’s sessions are calm, supportive and suitable for beginners – there’s no pressure to push yourself, just an opportunity to explore breath and cold in a safe, nurturing environment (topped off of course with a wonderful sauna session!).
Expect to leave feeling calmer, clearer and more connected to your body.
Set within our peaceful surroundings, this feels like a beautiful place to experience the method for the first time.
