Upcoming events ✨ Wednesday 29th 7pm sound bath at Mottram community centre, Saturday 15th November 3:30pm reiki breathwork & sound healing at bump birth and beyond, Sunday 16 & 23rd reiki healing sessions at Eleven 11, Sunday in December for reiki level 1 training at Eleven 11 (let me know your preference if interested). I have limited availability for life coaching at the therapy rooms in spring head/ virtual so dm for details if interested. Love and light, Jasmine.

Reiki is a hands on healing and you do not need to be religious or spiritual to reap its benefits. I had reiki once and felt the difference in my body immediately, I felt held, warm and comforted. I love to learn, I love dogs, I’m passionate about helping others, sharing healing, connecting with spiritual practices and souls on planet earth. I offer psychological informed coaching, energy healing with reiki & sound and I run regular workshops on all things health and wellbeing to empower those in our local communities.
