Some days I wonder how I got here.
Then I remember — every step, every scar, every person I’ve ever cared for led me to this.
I gave over twenty years of my life to nursing.
I saw pain, resilience, grief, hope.
I held hands, wiped tears, and watched people fight to keep going.
I loved it, but the system broke my heart a little more every year.
Too many boxes. Too much rushing.
Not enough time to actually care.
I didn’t leave because I stopped caring.
I left because I couldn’t keep doing it in a way that didn’t feel right.
So I built Soul & Flow from the ground up — with my hands, my heart, and everything I had left.
It’s been blood, sweat, tears, and every emotion in between.
It’s cost me sleep and comfort, but it’s given me purpose.
Here, I can finally give the kind of care people deserve — real, honest, human.
No scripts. No rushing. No pretending.
I get to help people release what their body’s been holding on to — pain, tension, grief, exhaustion.
Sometimes it’s through deep tissue and recovery work; sometimes it’s just creating a space where someone feels safe enough to breathe again.
It’s not glamorous.
It’s hard work — physical, emotional, constant.
But when someone leaves lighter, calmer, or even just able to move without pain and discomfort— that’s everything.
The black in my brand is the truth — the grit, the fight, the strength it takes to keep showing up.
The gold is the heart — the warmth, the light, the part that never gives up on people.
Soul & Flow isn’t just my business.
It’s me — all of me.
The nurse, the carer, the healer, the woman who refused to give up on what care should really feel like.
This is why I do what I do.
Because I still believe in people.
Because I still believe in healing.
Because this is where I’m meant to be.
