Hello everyone, if you struggle with yoyo dieting or binge eating on 11.9.24 I have (my first!) in person event at The Royal Pug, Leamington.

This interactive session will focus on the impact of the brain gut connection, how sugar is impacting your mood and the unknow importance of your future self when it comes to eating habits.

By the end of the session you will know the:
* Triggers keeping you trapped
* Blueprint to creating habits for health AND
* How to stay consistent for life

From my own personal experience with binge eating and everything that comes with it, I am now a qualified CBT Intuitive Eating coach. In those days I never thought it would get better. Now I am determined to help anyone struggling to realise the power they have within them to change.

Like I say it's my first in person event so you can bet it is packed full of actionable steps that you will be able to walk away and put to practice, plus the opportunity to ask all those burning questions.
