The rain has been crazy here in the UK. It feels like we haven’t gone a single day without it. But then I had a thought - could this be the Earth crying? From all the disturbing things we’ve been witness to of late? Things too terrible to mention 🥺 And could all this rain be a symbolic cleansing of the heavy energy? I choose to see the good in the world and send my love and healing to the earth and the innocent.

This circle was all about coming together with like minded women to identify what is heavy and ready to be released. We shared our names and experiences with the group to build connection. When we share, we realise we are not alone in our struggles. I took the group through a guided meditation and we spent time working through a worksheet. Following this, we had some time to pull oracle cards to develop intuition and gain further insights into our lives and situations. Then came the main activity; a despacho making exercise!

Each month we explore a different theme or topic all designed to build connection, love and support for women. A safe space to share thoughts and experiences with other women. Learning together. Sharing together. Growing together.

I've gathered all of the supplies for making a 💌 despacho (A despacho is a small, intentional bundle made with care and meaning. It’s a simple practice that comes from Peru and has been used for many generations as a way to mark change — such as endings, new beginnings, healing, or release.

✨I'll be bringing along a few brilliant 🔮oracle card decks for us to explore as well as guided meditation and 📖 journaling.
