A gentle, welcoming space for women who feel stuck in constant responsibility mode — disconnected from themselves, emotionally tired, and craving more softness, connection, creativity, and space to just be again. Plus- tea, coffee & biscuits included! ☕🍪

Together, we’ll explore joy, playfulness, softness and self-reconnection through a mix of:

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or like you just can’t properly switch off… this is your space to pause.

My sessions are designed to help you slow down, relax deeply, and come back into your body — whether that’s through reiki, head massage, or gentle hair play.
